Students who earn their AAS degree and/or certificates in Building/Construction Site Management are prepared to enter the workforce in a wide range of technical occupations utilizing construction management skills and knowledge, including:

  • Project Management
  • General Contracting
  • On-site Superintendent
  • Estimating
  • Materials Testing
  • Owner or Architect’s Representative
  • Real Estate Development
  • Technical Sales
  • Financing
  • Scheduling

Students can earn their AAS degree in Building/Construction Site Management in four semesters. AAS degree graduates are prepared to launch their careers right away, or may want to transfer to a four-year institution. Those students seeking transfer to a four-year institution should see an advisor for current transfer information and possibilities.
Certificates generally take two semesters.
