• Fill out add / drop / withdrawal form available from Admissions and Records
  
  
• Obtain instructor's approval and signature to add courses designated in the Schedule of Classes as Instructor's signature? - Yes.
  
  
• Submit form to Admissions and Records by deadlines in the Schedule of Classes.
