How to Use Our Class Search
- Click on the semester you want to take classes. The
term you choose will appear in the upper right of the search
screen. Note: some credit classes also have the option
of taking them for no-credit; select a “Semester” term
and the “Non-Credit Only” button near the bottom
if you want to see just those. For all other non-credit
offerings (like one-day computer seminars, for example),
choose the “Non-credit”
term to see what the Continuing Education Department is offering
all year long or go to their website at http://www.aimsced.com/
- Not sure what you’re looking for? No worries! Just
click the “Submit”
button without choosing any other criteria. But we’ve
got to warn you, you’ll get a pretty big list because
we have hundreds of classes every term!
- Of course, you can
narrow your search down too. You
can type in part of the name of the course, or look for a
class taught by your favorite instructor, or both. Looking
for a digital photography class in Loveland on Thursday nights? Type “photo” in
the “Title”
box, click “Loveland Campus” in the “Site” box,
change the “Start After” time to 5:30pm, and
select the “Thur” box. Then click the
“Submit” button to start the search.
- If you need to change what you’re looking for, be
sure to click the “Reset” button.
Roll your mouse over an item
below for more information on that search feature.
- Select Term Click
the term you are interested in before making any other
selections; the term you have chosen will appear in the
upper right of the screen.
- Schedule
is set for... If this is not the semester
you’re looking for, click the one you’re
looking for on the left.
- Submit
When you’ve narrowed your search down to exactly what
you’re looking for, click the Submit button to start
the search.
- Reset
Click the Reset button to clear the search and start over.
- Help

- Subject Scroll

in. You can select more than one subject by holding down
your “Ctrl” or “Shift” button
when you click a subject.
- Course Number 3-digit
course number. Freshman courses start with 100, and sophomore
classes start with 200.
- CRN Course
Reference Number. Each section of a class has its own
5-digit number. For example a Psychology class at 8:10am
will have a different CRN than the same Psychology class
at 9:10am. NOTE: When you find a class you’re interested
in, you might want to write down the CRN; when it’s
time to register for the class, knowing that number will
make it much faster as you won’t have to search
again!
- Title Type
in any part of the name of a course. For example, you
can type in “water” to find everything from “Water
Aerobics” to “Water Color Painting”
- Location
Campus where the class is taught. You’ll find classes
taught at the Automotive and Technology Center near Windsor
under the Greeley campus. Select “Online Campus” to
find classes taught online. You can leave this field blank
to search for classes regardless of campus. You can also
search for online classes by the “Online Only” button
near the bottom left of the search screen.
- Instructor

instructor. You can select more than one instructor
by holding down your “Ctrl” or “Shift” button

time of day.
- Any of these days
Click this button and any of the days of the week to find
classes offered those days. Note that classes meeting
on those days that also meet on other days of the week
may also show up in your search. For example, you might
click the “Wed” box and find a class that
meets both Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Only these days
Click this button and any of the days of the week to find
classes offered those days. Note that this combination
will only give you classes that meet exactly the day
or days you select. For example, if you click the “Fri” box,
you’ll see classes that meet on Fridays, but
you won’t see any classes that meet on both Friday
and Saturday.

classes. Most non-credit classes are short-term (one

classes. A few longer, “college credit” classes
also have a non-credit option (example 15-week long
Ceramics or Yoga classes). These you’ll usually
find by selecting one of the “Semester” links
at the top left.

the “Site” box to the left.
