Candidate Information
Election Date:
Tuesday, November 3, 2009
Term of Office:
The term of office shall be
four (4) years or until a successor is elected and qualified
as provided by the Colorado Election Codes and the Junior College
Organization Act.
Qualifications of Candidates for Junior College District
Board of Trustees:
Any candidate for the office of
Trustee of the Aims Junior College District shall have been
an eligible elector (registered voter) of the Junior College
District, as shown on the books of the Clerk and Recorder of
the County in which the candidate resides on the date of the
earliest signature on the petition, shall have been a resident
of AIMS JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT for at least twelve (12) consecutive
months prior to the date of the election and shall be a resident
of the Aims Board Director District in which the individual
is a candidate.
