Board of Trustees - Annual Goals
2008 - 2009
GOAL #1 –
Grow enrollment and provide increased retention with special emphasis
on serving a proportionate number from our diverse populations and incorporating
both FTE and non-FTE bearing enrollment.
GOAL #2 –
Continue to develop plans for college growth and campus expansion throughout
the district.
GOAL #3 –
Develop collaboration with local school districts and other 2-4 year
post-secondary institutions.
