GREELEY, CO – April 10, 2017– Aims Community College has been named the 2016-17 number one two-year college in Colorado by LearnHowToBecome.org.

“I’m thrilled that Aims was recognized by LearnHowToBecome.org,” said Aims’ President Dr. Leah L. Bornstein. “It shows how our small class sizes, affordable tuition and quality programs all add up to make Aims an excellent first choice.”

LearnHowToBecome.org is a leading resource provider for higher education and career information. The college ranking system is based on median annual alumni earnings 10 years after entering the college, in-state tuition and fees, student/teacher ratio, percentage of students receiving financial aid and availability of placement services upon completion. Aims ranked first, followed by Colorado Northwestern Community College and Trinidad State Junior College.

“These schools have shown a commitment to preparing their students for success in college and beyond, with numbers to prove it,” said Wes Ricketts, senior vice president of LearnHowToBecome.org. “We measure data from each school but also dig deeper into the success of alumni after college to find which colleges in Colorado truly are the best for students.”
