Director

The Director has oversight of:

  • The planning, development, organization, and implementation of comprehensive Human Resources programs for the College including, but not limited to: classification and compensation system; management of benefits administration; recruitment; selection and placement of personnel; performance management; training; records and Human Resources Information management
  • The development and on-going maintenance of the Human Resources strategic plan, including successive planning efforts,
  • Interpretation and advice/counsel on HR related College policies & procedures and State/Federal laws; ensuring the College complies with and is acting in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice and counsel on employee relations concerns.
