For continually and consistently identifying processes that can be streamlined, and then putting those ideas into motion by applying technology when able. One (of many, many) examples would be Advisor File Review. Francie understands that an Advising task like File Review has great potential to be streamlined, and she works closely with Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) to create Argos reports that can ease the arduous process. Not only that, but Francie is tenacious in that she pushes herself to learn more about Argos, whereas others might shy away. She pushes herself as far as she can to write complicated Argos products, and when she hits her limit, she goes back to ETS to learn more. Francie recognizes that by designing Argos File Review processes, she is helping her department to spend more time being engaged with students, and less time sorting through paperwork. Francie, thank you for being one customer who pushes us harder than we push them. We admire and appreciate your innovation and drive.
