Required Password Change

Forgot my myAims/Gmail password

To use self-service password reset:

  1. Go to Username/password help
  2. Enter your legal first name
  3. Enter your legal last name
  4. Enter your birthdate using the mmddyyyy format

Notes:

myAims passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters with at least one letter and one number.

Once changed, your new password will not expire and will not need to change again unless you would like to do so.

When you reset your myAims password, it may take up to 10 minutes for all systems to recognize the new password. Aims IT recommends waiting 10 minutes before logging into any Aims systems, such as myAims, Aims Gmail, etc.

Security questions

If you have not yet selected your security questions, you will be prompted to fill out two security questions.

Forgot my network/Windows password

Please contact the Service Desk at (970) 339-6380 to have your network/Windows password reset.

Notes:

Network passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters with at least one letter and one number.

Once changed, your new password will expire every 90 days and will need to change again. Past passwords cannot be reused. 

When you reset your myAims password, it may take up to 10 minutes for all systems to recognize the new password. Aims IT recommends waiting 10 minutes before logging into any Aims systems, such as myAims, Aims Gmail, etc.
