The 2013 Aims commencement ceremony will be held on May 10 at the Budweiser Event Center. (5290 Arena Circle, Loveland, CO) at 7:00pm.
Graduates are required to check in no later than 6:30pm.
For those graduates who placed their order online, you should have received a confirmation e-mail confirming your order.
If you did not, come to the Student Life Office, Room 130 in the College Center right away.
Those Graduates who have not ordered their cap & gown and wish to participate in the commencement ceremony it’s not too late to order them. Come to the Student Life Office, Room 130 of the College Center by April 22nd to reserve your cap and gown. There will be a late fee of $15 assessed on your order. Payment needs to be made with a check or cash; we do not accept credit cards.
Graduation invitations and other items are available at the Aims Bookstore in the College Center. If you want custom invitations or other graduation items, you can order them at the Graduation Fair or from the Herff Jones website.
There will be one day scheduled in May for spring semester graduates and one in August for summer semester graduates to pick up your diploma or certificate at Aims. If you don't get it picked up on that day, it will be mailed to the last know address we have for you on file. Students who were fall semester graduates will have already received your diploma or certificate.
