Aims Community College announces annual Car Show winners

On July 12, Aims Community College held its Annual Car Show and Open House. More than 160 cars were registered for the competition. The winners are as follows: Best Pre-‘40s – Dan Wollman – 1930 Model A Ford Coupe Best ‘40s – Greg Leinweber – 1941 Willys Coupe Best ‘50s –Harvey and Sally Roth – 1956 Chevy Delray Sport Coupe Best ‘60s – Rick and Jeannie Osborn – 1967 Chevy Camaro Best ‘70s – Gary Daniels – 1972 Camaro Best ‘80s plus - Garrett Flack – 2001 Mustang GT Best Import – Ernie Duran – 1965 VW Bug Best Off Road – Victor Heffel – 1973 Ford Bronco Best Truck – Dale Jay – 1956 GMC Pick up Best Street Rod – Greg Leinweber – 1941 Willys Coupe Best Motorcycle – Jerry McCloskey – 2005 Create A Custom Best Paint – Harvey and Sally Roth – 1956 Chevy Delray Sport Coupe Best Low Rider – Tony and Deanna Winick – 1961 Chevy Impala Convertible Best Interior – Lonnie Helton - '51 Mercury four-door Best of Show – Bobby Culhane - 2004 Camero Fall semester begins Aug. 25.
