Site review for national accreditation of the Aims Nursing program rescheduled for Feb. 23-25Submitted on: 02-10-2011
The site review of the Aims Community College Associate Degree Nursing program by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) has been rescheduled for Feb. 23-25. A period for public comment is set for Feb. 23 from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Allied Health & Sciences building, second floor. The Associate Degree Nursing program at Aims has already earned full approval from the Colorado State Board of Nursing. This national accreditation is the next step that all Colorado nursing programs must achieve per a mandate from the State Board of Nursing.
