Aims hires new Assistant Director of Facilities and OperationsSubmitted on: 05-22-2011
Aims Community College recently hired Michael Hogan as Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations. Before coming to Aims, Hogan was a Division Manager for Ideal Homes based in Norman, Okla. During his 12-year tenure there, the company was awarded the Gold National Housing Quality Award, America's Best Builder, and Builder of the Year. Hogan was also part of an Extreme Makeover Home Edition project in 2009, and Habitat for Humanity Builders Blitz in 2005 and 2006. Hogan holds a bachelor's degree in management, from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas and a master's degree in business administration from The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Okla. He also holds an associate of applied science in aviation technology from Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Texas, and is an instrument/commercial rated pilot. As the Assistant Director, Hogan will help oversee more than 20 buildings, grounds and landscape, and college operations for the college's locations in Greeley, Fort Lupton, Loveland and Windsor.
