GREELEY – Acclaimed actor and scholar Fred Blanco will bring to life the stories of Cesar Chavez from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in Room 102 of Ed Beaty Hall on the Aims Community College campus in Greeley.

Cesar Chavez, a migrant farm worker, dedicated his life to securing better working conditions and opportunities for fellow workers. He became one of the most inspirational and influential civil rights leaders of our time.

The Aims Human2Human Project sponsors the event, which is a college-wide program aiming to make a positive impact on the community by providing learning opportunities through the presentation of different perspectives.

All Human2Human events are free and open to the public.
