Submitted on: 07-25-2013

Aims Community College will celebrate the opening of a new building and renovations to the existing Prairie Building on its Fort Lupton campus at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, August 14. The new building will house classrooms and labs for new degree programs in oil and gas technology and agriculture technology.

Aims broke ground for the expansion in Fort Lupton in November 2012. The $10 million investment provides classroom space and labs, as well as space for community use.

The ribbon cutting event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
