At the conclusion of the auditing process for the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) Program established by the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFC) and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) Joint Labor Management Wellness-Fitness Task Force, Bartholomew Siciliano, IAFC, Department of Occupational Health and Safety – Behavioral Wellness, provided high praise to the Aims Community College Fire Science Program.
Mr. Siciliano stated the following in an e-mail communication to the Fire Science Program Director, Randy Souther, “should other facilities seek guidance with program implementation, I will be using Aims as an example for others to follow.”
