Abbott accepts associate dean position at Aims Loveland campus

Don Abbott, former director of the Small Business Development Center at Aims Community Collegesí Corporate Education Division, has been named associate dean to the schoolís Loveland campus. As the top administrator in Loveland, Abbott will oversee staff and facilities, as well as work with faculty on academic issues. Abbott and his family have lived in Loveland for more than 20 years, where he owned two businesses, Pet Heating Products Inc. and Landmark Component Company. He graduated from Oregonís Rogue Community College before going on to earn his bachelorís from Eastern Oregon University. He earned a masterís degree in education from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently pursuing an EdS in higher education, also at UNC.
