Aims Community College selected Karen Sell as the new associate dean for the Fort Lupton Campus. As the top administrator in Fort Lupton, Sell will oversee staff and facilities, as well as work with faculty on academic issues. Sell has been with Aims for eight years, most recently as program coordinator in the Continuing Education Division and chair of the Computer Information Systems/Science department. She also has 18 years experience instructing students in computer applications, business and accounting. Sell earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and her master’s degree in education technology, both from the University of Northern Colorado. “My primary goal will be to refine how Aims is satisfying the needs of the community from Fort Lupton to Dacona, Frederick, Firestone, Hudson and Keenesburg,” Sell said. “We really want to get the word out about all the great programs we already offer at the Fort Lupton Campus, and we’ve got some really innovative things on the horizon.” Call Aims Fort Lupton campus today at (303) 857-4022 Ext. 4300 or visit www.aims.edu for more information on how to register for classes.
