When will my grades for the current semester appear on my transcript?

Each instructor is responsible for entering their students' grades into our system. Many instructors enter grades a day or two after their class ends; however, instructors have the option of waiting until the end of the semester to enter grades. The deadline for entering grades each semester is typically the Wednesday after finals week.

The student must order their own transcript, but can issue a written request allowing another person to pick up their transcript. Said person must present Admissions & Records staff with a photo ID.

I need a transcript with my grade before the semester ends. Can I do this?

Since many grades are processed after the semester ends, a student needing an early grade must fill out an Early Grade Request form and return it to Admissions and Records.

The student is responsible for informing their instructor of the request
