Is the Downtown Center part of Aims Community College Greeley campus?

Yes. The Downtown Center is a satellite campus of Aims Community College.

Where is the Downtown Center?

The Downtown Center is located at 815 8th Ave. in the Kress building on the second floor. The Kress building faces east and is directly across from the parking lot between the Greeley Ice Haus and the Colorado State Drivers License Bureau.

What classes can I take at the Downtown Center?

You can take an array of classes. Every semester there is College Prep Math, GED (in English), and various academic and non credit courses.

Can I register for classes at the Downtown Center, or do I have to go to the main Campus?

You can register at the Downtown Center or at the main campus. Our on-staff advisor will be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you register for classes, whether the class is at the Downtown Center or any other Aims campus.

Can I pay for my tuition and fees at the Downtown Center?

Yes, you may pay for your tuition and fees at any of the Aims campuses.

Can I buy my books for other campuses at the Downtown Center?

Only books for classes at the Downtown Center can be purchased at the Downtown Center. However, the main campus Bookstore will have books available (i.e. Math).

Can I take the assessment test at the Downtown Center?

Yes, you may take the assessment at the Downtown Center. Please call 970-339-6550. It is advisable that students utilize the study guides when preparing to take the assessment. Students may show proof of minimum scores on the ACT or SAT.
