Eligible employees of Aims Community College receive a benefit package that reaches far beyond most typical employers.

In addition to an excellent an health insurance package, Aims employees have access to paid training through the colleges Center for Professional Development, tuition reimbursement at Aims and tuition waivers through the University of Northern Colorado.

Employees also have free access to the Aims Gym, resources for free confidential mental health counseling and access to all of the free and fun activities sponsored by the Associated Students of Aims Community College.
