Spring 2010 - First Tuition Payment Deadline Jan. 4th

11-09-2009 — 01-04-2010: PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL OR SIGN UP FOR E-CASHIER PAYMENT PLAN BY Jan 4th 10PM OR ALL CLASSES WILL BE DROPPED THAT NIGHT.

* Exceptions for students NOT to be dropped are students who have by 10pm on the First Payment Deadline or same day of registration:

Been awarded Student Financial Assistance,
Submitted the required paperwork for private scholarship or third- party tuition authorization
Submitted UNC/CSU agreement

If paying in person, please visit a campus by 7pm on Jan 4th to avoid being dropped from all your classes

If paying online, please Pay in Full or sign up for E-Cashier Payment by 10pm on Jan 4th to avoid being dropped from all your classes. Please log in to e-cashier by 9pm to ensure you complete the application process in time in order to not be dropped

If mailing in a payment for the full amount, your payment needs to be received (not postmarked) by our office by the deadline in order to avoid being dropped.

If you are paying by credit card over the phone with the Cashiers office, please be patient. During high traffic times, our staff is assisting other customers at our office or on the phone. Please do not leave your credit card information on your message. Leaving a message also will not keep your classes from being dropped. If you are unable to reach a Cashier's office staff member to make your required payment, please pay online thru web services or visit an Aims campus during business hours.
