STUDENTS: Need help using Career Advance?

09-02-2010 — 12-10-2010: If you need help using the features of Career Advance (updating your personal profile, uploading documents, or searcing for jobs) you can find the user guide on the Career Services website (where you just were - www.aims.edu/student/career). Use the back arrow to get back to the CS webpage. Go to the Students tab and select Career Advance Log-In. The student user flyer and guide are underneath the log-in button.

Site Use Tips:
Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for use of the site.
Be sure that the pop-up blocker is disabled or turned off for maximized use of the site. If you do not have it turned off then certain features will not appear!

WORK STUDY eligible students: To search for jobs use the Job Search toolbar once logged into Career Advance. Put "financial aid office" for Organization name and "part-time" for position type. You will then need to contact the individual work study supervisors per the application instructions found in the job posting to interview for the positions. *Note- Newly created profiles will not be approved for access over the weekends. Information as to obtaining work study positions have been sent via email to your Aims email account and can also be found listed under the Annoucements on your Career Advance homepage.
