Umbaugh joins Aims Community College as Associate Dean for Learning and Organizational Development

Rob Umbaugh has joined Aims Community College as the Associate Dean for Learning and Organizational Development. In this position he oversees the Library, Academic Resource Center, Tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, the Center for Professional Development, the Faculty Teaching and Learning Center, Assessment of Learning Outcomes, Learning Communities and the Honors program. He is a graduate of Wartburg College and the University of Iowa, and has been working in higher education for 10 years.
