10th Annual Women's Health Forum focuses on holistic health

This year, the 10th Annual Women's Health Forum, hosted by Aims Community College, will focus on holistic healing. The theme is "Follow The Path," and includes speakers and breakout sessions featuring regional and international health care experts. Keynote speakers include The Chocolate Therapist Julie Pech, who is a local author and international speaker. Pech's expertise includes psychology, health and nutrition, and particularly the health benefits of chocolate. Pech will open this year's forum with tasty samples of fine chocolates.

Registered pharmacist, cosmetic chemist and national radio personality Benjamin Fuchs will keynote the lunch presentation, emphasizing the strategic use of topical skin care supported by nutritional supplementation for healthy skin and bodies.

Breakout sessions include:

- Laugh for Your Health with Eileen Smith
- Caring for the Caregiver with Denise Swingle
- Recharge Your Memory with DeeAnn Groves
- Good Health Through Chiropractic and Acupuncture with Dr. Rhett Tusken
- Relief and Healing Through Reflexology and Massage Therapy with Georgia Martin
- Don't Sit up Straight with Maria Foster

The event will be held on Saturday, June 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Allied Health and Sciences and College Center buildings on Aims Community College's Greeley campus, 5401 W. 20th St. Cost is $10, which includes lunch.
