New students registration begins Nov. 17; Spring classes begin Jan. 12

Spring semester at Aims Community College begins Jan. 12. Registration for returning students for spring semester has already started, and new students can register beginning Nov. 17.

In addition to the regular semester schedule, this spring, a new mini-session format allows students to earn three credits in five or 10 weeks. The credits and curriculum are the same as other core requirement classes and are guaranteed to transfer to all Colorado universities. Students can earn credits in history, humanities, women's studies, physical education, English, sociology, psychology speech and math. Aims students can also earn their associate degree entirely online with more than 80 course offerings.

The newly remodeled Beaty Hall on the Greeley campus offers the latest in cutting edge Graphics & Rich Media design studios as well as computer science, math, and visual and performing arts.

The Aims Downtown Greeley Center, 815 8th Avenue, offers a host of guaranteed transfer credits at a location that's easier to access for those on the east side of town.

At the Loveland campus career and technical education offerings include aviation technology, fire science, criminal justice and nurse aide courses.

The Fort Lupton campus is offering a host of new opportunities this spring in nurse aide, medical clinical assistant, criminal justice, early childhood education and the Multi Industry Systems Technician program.
