Submitted on: 01-06-2009

Aims Community College has partnered with Regis University in a program that allows Aims Fire and Police graduates to earn their bachelor's degree in as little as one year. Through the Associate to Bachelor's program, students can transfer up to 90 credits from Aims to Regis and earn a Bachelor's of Applied Science. The degree focuses on developing management, leadership, critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.

"We see this partnership as an outstanding opportunity for our fire and police graduates to take their knowledge to the next level," said Aims Dean Dan Doherty. "This unique program will be invaluable for the future leaders of the first responders in our community and across the state."
