Aims Community College invites the public to attend "International Week at Aims" which features students from countries around the world sharing their cultures, traditions and food. Events are scheduled at the College Center Lounge from noon to 1 p.m. everyday from March 30 through April 3.
The following is a schedule of events:
Monday, March 30 North East Asia South Korea, Japan, China
• Food: Bulgoki (South Korea), Sesame Bowl (China)
• Drum Demonstration
• Tae Kwon Do demonstration
• Get your name written in a different language – Chinese, Korean, Japanese
Tuesday, March 31 Central/South America Peru, Honduras, Brazil, Colombia
• Food: Roatan Seafood Salad (Honduras), Arepas (Colombia), Feijoada (Brazil), Colombian Coffee
• Punta Dance Demonstration
• Movie @ 1pm: Sonar No Cuesta Nada (PG-13) – Colombian movie
Wednesday, April 1 Africa The Gambia, Somalia
• Food: Peanut Sauce w/Rice & Chicken (The Gambia), Sambusa, Haluea (Somalia)
• African Dance Demonstration

Thursday, April 2 SE Asia Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand
• Food: Satay Chicken (Malaysia), Spring Rolls (Vietnam)
