Purchasing Department
The Purchasing department exists to ensure that the purchase
of goods and services for the college is economical, timely and
fair to vendors. We strive to accommodate and expedite purchases
within the parameters and guidelines established by the State and
the college, while providing quality customer service to college
requestors and vendors.
The department operates a purchasing agency for the benefit of
Aims, adhering to the policies and procedures of the college. The
Purchasing Director is authorized to conduct all purchasing appropriate
to purchase supplies, services and construction for the college.
The Purchasing Department is staffed by the Purchasing Director,
Executive Assistant, Receiving Clerk and Mailroom Clerk and is
