Aims GoPrint System
Introduction
Starting in the fall semester of 2009, Aims is implementing
a print management system for all of our campuses. This system
is heavily influenced by the student initiative for going green
that started in the Spring 2009 semester. It will allow Aims
to accurately track individual usage, better allocate costs for
providing print services on campus, and most importantly cut
the amount of waste generated through print services on all of
our campuses.
Account Basics, Costs, and Refunds
Account Basics
Aims students are given 50 pages ($5.00) of printing each semester
that they attend. This amount accrues from semester to semester.
Printing accounts are tied to each student's myAims account.
Once this account has been used up, students will have the option
to add money to their printing account directly from the GoPrint
interface (requires a credit or debit card) or from one of the
many cash-to-account machines located on our campuses.
Cash-to-Account Machine Locations:
- College Center
- Ed Beaty Hall
- Hansen Building
- Westview
- Fort Lupton Campus
- Loveland Campus
- Windsor Automotive and Technical Center
If you would like to check your account, you can log in at https://goprnsrv.aims.edu:7773/ or
by double clicking the GoPrint icon
in your system tray.

are ruined by low toner, paper jam, or other printer malfunction.
If Lab Technicians are not available, please contact the helpdesk
at ext. 6830 for further assistance.
Refunds are not given for unused pages at the end of a semester.
If a student has trouble printing from an Aims Classroom and
would like to request a credit, please submit a request
for credit.
Please note it may take up to two business days before any
credit will show up on your account.
