How To Request a Refund

If you have put money into your GoPrint account, you may request a refund. Please note that free print funds provided by the institution are not refundable. Funds left in the GoPrint system for a year will not be refundable.

Refund Request Procedure

  1. Get the GoPrint refund request form.
  2. Print the form
  3. Complete all fields on the form (incomplete information may delay your refund)
  4. Read the "Terms and Conditions" section
  5. Sign and Date the form
  6. Submit the form to the Cashier’s Office in person or by mail
    1. Mail to Aims Community College, Attn: Financial Services, P.O. Box 69, Greeley, CO 80632
  7. A refund check will then be mailed to you within 14 days of submission
