Navigator, you can use Aims Web Services.

Aims Web Services supports the following browsers:
If you are having problems logging in, you may not have a browser
supported by Web Services.
Windows
- Internet Explorer 6.0, Service Pack 1
- Internet Explorer 5.5, Services Pack 2
- Netscape 7.2
- Mozilla 1.6 and 1.7.3
- Firefox 1.5
- MSN Explorer is not supported
If MSN is your ISP, you can still access Web Services,
but use Internet Explorer instead of MSN Explorer
