Growing up in nine states and Japan, Dr. Kelsey is a Colorado native. At Aims since 1993 and teaching college Geography since 1988, he received his Ph.D. from Kent State University after twelve years of business experience.

His academic specialties include Economic Geography (business location studies) and Cultural Geography (popular culture-sports, music, film and TV). Personal interests include sports, reading and classic rock 'n' roll, especially Led Zeppelin. Email mike.kelsey@aims.edu
