EMS & Medical Assisting
Background Check & Urinalysis Screening Information

Paramedic
Background check and urinalysis screen does not need to be completed until the application process is completed and you have received notification of acceptance into the program.

EMT Basic
Background check and urinalysis screen must be completed by the add/drop date for EMS 125.

Medical Assisting Students
Students do not need to complete the background check and urinalysis screen until entry into MOT 280 – Internship.

Phlebotomy Students
Background Check and urinalysis screen must be completed by the add/drop date for HPR 112 and HPR 113.
