Emergency Medical Responder
Assessment Scores
Students must have current assessment scores on file for reading, English, and math. A minimum score requirement for English or math is not required to start this program. However, for the reading requirement, students must document that they have a college level reading score. A college level reading score can be documented by:
- Accuplacer reading score of 80 or above
- ACT reading score of 17
- SAT verbal score of 430
- Completion of reading 090 (with a “C” or greater) or equivalent
Assessment score information must be provided to the testing center in the college center. Visit the testing center web site for further information.
