Associate Degree in Nursing Required Immunizations

Documentation of the following current immunizations for the Nursing Program is as follows and required for the Nursing Program:

• Hepatitis B (series of 3 shot given over approximately 8 months)
  If documentation of immunizations are provided, documentation of a TITER (blood draw) is NOT required.
  
  
• Mumps, Measles, and Rubella-2nd shot/booster
  If documentation of immunizations are provided, documentation of a TITER (blood draw) is NOT required.
  
  
• Chickenpox (Varicella) - (series of 2 shots over 2 months)
  If documentation of immunizations are NOT provided, or proof of immunity; then documentation of a TITER (blood draw) is required.
  
  
• Tetanus less than 10 years old
  
  
• Tuberculosis (Tb) less than 12 months old
