Leadership Development

In addition to the posted on-campus leadership activities each term, some activity off-campus may also qualify for inclusion in the leadership requirement of the Honors Program (e.g., work with non-profits, church-related activities, etc.).  Check with your honors advisor if you feel you have an appropriate off-campus leadership activity that could qualify.

Education and Culture in Nepal

Join Dr. Tad and Jane Gilmore – residents of Nepal for several years – for a photographic journey through the culture, people, and medical and education systems of Nepal.  “Yak Tea” will be served.

Schooling Abroad:  International Students Discuss Their Education Systems
November 9 @ 12pm

International students talk about the differences and similarities of their native systems to that of the K-12 education system in the U.S.  Event will also feature ethnic food and a wide selection of teas from several countries around the world.
