Career Ladder
Elementary Teacher Education Program
The Career Ladder Program was developed as a collaborative
effort between Aims Community College Fort Lupton Campus and
the University of Colorado-BUENO Center. The program provides
public school paraprofessionals an opportunity to earn an Associate
of Arts degree. Upon completion of the A.A. degree, students
transfer all courses to the University of Northern Colorado,
where they earn a/an:
- B.A. Degree - Interdisciplinary Studies;
- K-6 Teaching License
- State Endorsement in English as a Second Language (ESL)
