CIS 267 Management of Information Systems 3 credits
Introduces the concepts and techniques of managing computer-based information resources. Includes hardware, software, personnel, control techniques, and the placement and integration of information systems resources within the organization and how IT supports and manages the flow of this information. This is a fundamental course designed to help students understand and practice real-world business examples and hands-on activities which is reinforced by timely, real-world business examples.
