A dream was brought forth, a dream to provide restful retreats, invigorating activities, and rejuvenating atmosphere to the average person. Thus, Meridera Bed and Breakfast was founded in 2000. Carbondale was the perfect location because of its easy access, beautiful mountains and spectacular views.

The heart behind the building is as unique as the rugged mountains. The founders strongly believe in a warm atmosphere that is very open and family based, and this has been their practice. It is through integrity, honesty and loyalty that we have been able to accommodate families, couples and groups over the years.

A luxurious cabin surrounded by forest, the Meridera is perfect to get away from busy life, spend time with family or alone. The staff is dedicated to making your stay the best it can be, whether you spend all day by the fireplace reading a good book, or out on the trails searching for adventure.
