Student Advisor at Aims

Submit the proper documents to apply
for an F-1 student visa through the United States Embassy
*NOTE: The deadline to submit all of your paperwork, including
English Proficiency test results, for Fall Semester 2010 (which
starts August 23) is July 1, 2010. The deadline for Spring Semester
2011 Admission is November 15, 2010.

Receive I-20 from Aims
Community College

Schedule an interview
with United States Embassy to obtain an F-1 student visa
|
 |
Notify International Student Advisor
at Aims Community College once you have received your F-1 student
visa.

 |
Notify International Student Advisor
at Aims Community College of when you plan to arrive in the
United States
|
 |
Once you have arrived in
the United States report to the International Student Advisor
at Aims (College Center, Admissions & Records
Office)
|
 |
Take the Placement test
|
 |
Meet with advisor who will
help you determine your class schedule
|
 |
Register for classes
|
 |
Attend the international
student orientation
|
 |
Complete the payment process.
100% of tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Failure to do so will result in your being dropped from all
of your classes. |
