Career Academy

How It Works:

Aims Community College in partnership with School District 6 and RE-8, and RE3J offers Career & Technical (CTE) certificates to qualified high school juniors and seniors during daytime class periods. Students receive both high school credit and college credit for the courses they take in the Career Academy Program and receive both a college certificate and a high school diploma upon successful completion of high school and college graduation requirements.  The qualified student receives the college education which includes the cost of all course materials.   The courses are taught by certified college instructors on the college campus.
