Julie Buderus, Executive Director

Julie Buderus is the Executive Director of the Aims Foundation and Director of Institutional Advancement for Aims Community College. She has been employed at Aims since March 2007. Her previous combined development experience includes over 14 years with the University of Northern Colorado Foundation and the National Association for Interpretation. During her tenure, she significantly increased fundraising support while decreasing the cost of overhead.

Her formal education includes a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and a master's degree in nonprofit management from Regis University. She is a native of Greeley Colorado and she and her husband Dan live on an acreage outside of LaSalle.

Carol Lehman, Staff Associate

Carol Lehman is the Staff Associate for the Aims Foundation. She has been employed at Aims since September 2008. Her previous experience includes 5 years with Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, VA. She held a position in the College Advancement office, and also served as the Foundation Staff Accountant. She is a native of Wayne, NJ and resides in Johnstown with her husband and son.
