Library Liaisons - Reserves
Faculty may place course materials in the library on reserve for
short-term check-out.
These types of materials are located behind the circulation desk
in Kiefer Library. Students must check-out the materials with their
Aims I.D. Instructors decide the length of time a reserve item may
be borrowed and/or whether its use shall be restricted to the library
or not.
Electronic Materials
These items are placed on reserve and accessed through the library’s
electronic reserve system called ERes (ērĕz) located online
at: http://eres.aims.edu
Using ERes, students are able to find electronic course materials
searching by department, instructor name, course number, course name,
document title, or document author.
Placing Items on Reserve
To place items on reserve, please bring them to the
library and complete an Incoming Item Reserve Information form.
Please allow 48 hours to process the material.
