.

Click the radio button to the left of the assignment name, then click Download.

Click on Open to open the document and read* it OR click on Save to save the document permanently (probably your flash drive or your home computer’s hard drive).  Do not save it to the hard drive on Aims computers.  They are refreshed (your files are deleted) daily!
(*Note: If you must use the assignment file as a template, for example, fill in the blanks, etc. then you must save the file first.  If you just open it, you can fill in blanks, etc. but can’t save it with the changes.  You can only do so if you have saved the original file and opened it in Microsoft Word or another word processing software program.

)

Type your assignment answers in Word (preferably Microsoft Word 2003).  If you have a different word processing program, inform your instructor before the due date. Save your document to your flash drive or your home computer’s hard drive.  Each document needs to be uploaded to Aims WebCT.
