GraduationGraduation RequirementsGraduation requirements for each degree and
certificate program are outlined in the Degree & Certificate sections
of the Aims catalog. The catalog that is current at the time you begin
a program will be used to establish graduation requirements. If you do
not maintain continuous enrollment, you lose the right to use the original
catalog requirements and must use the current catalog at the time you return. In addition to successfully completing all course and credit requirements for your Aims certificate or degree, you must submit an Application
for Graduation in order for your certificate or degree to be officially recognized and recorded on your Aims transcript. If you have transfer credit from other institutions that needs to be brought in before you can graduate please begin the transfer credit evaluation process no later than 30 business days prior to the end of the semester you wish to graduate in. Apply for GraduationGraduation applications should be submitted to the Admissions and Records office in Greeley by the priority deadline for the term of graduation. Students who submit applications by the priority deadline will be sent a graduation status report to their myAims email account; this report will include a complete degree audit outline all completed, in-progress, and outstanding requirements. Students who submit their graduation application after the priority deadline may still receive a graduation status report, however, it is not guaranteed and they are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor to ensure they are on track for graduation.

year (Fall, Spring, and Summer), there is only one Commencement Ceremony
per year. It is held at the end of Spring term, with students graduating
in all three terms invited to participate.
