Graduation
Graduation Requirements
Graduation requirements for each degree and
certificate program are outlined in the Degree & Certificate sections
of the Aims catalog. The catalog that is current at the time you begin
a program will be used to establish graduation requirements. If you do
not maintain continuous enrollment, you lose the right to use the original
catalog requirements and must use the catalog in force at the time you
return.
In addition to successfully completing all course and credit requirements
for your Aims certificate or degree, you must submit an Application
for Graduation in order for your certificate or degree to
be officially recognized and recorded on your Aims Transcript.
Apply for Graduation
Graduation Applications must be
submitted to the Admissions & Records Office in Greeley by the published
deadline for the term of graduation. With the exception of Fall graduation,
the deadline for submitting a Graduation Application is typically the
end of the first week of Returning Student Registration for the term
of graduation. Students graduating Fall term have until the end of mid-term
week of Summer Semester to submit the application.
Commencement
While Aims officially graduates students three times each
year (Fall, Spring, and Summer), there is only one Commencement Ceremony
per year. It is held at the end of Spring term, with students graduating
in all three terms invited to participate.
