Enrollment Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse, a representative of Aims, provides
enrollment status and degree information to individuals  and organizations
such as student loan servicing agents and guarantors (Direct Loans, Nelnet,
SallieMae, and CSLP), insurance companies or prospective employers.
Enrollment verifications can be obtained using two different methods:
- By using the National Student Clearinghouse's Student Self Service
option
- By filling out the Verification
of Enrollment form and delivering
it to the Admissions & Records office in person, by mail, or by fax.
The Registrar's Office provides verification of student information
in the following formats:
- In writing or by fax: using our verification form or a form provided
by the student
- By telephone: only directory information is released
Only directory information is released unless a signed release form,
signed by the student, is provided at the time of request.
