Technology Fee: $7.50 per credit hour through 15 credits for all students (maximum of $112.50 per student). This fee defrays the cost of instructional and administrative electronic equipment and software.

          Please note: Effective starting Fall 2010 Technology Fee increased to $10.00 per credit hour through 15 credits for all students (maximum of $150.00 per student)  

Student Fee: $7.00 per credit hour through 15 credits for all students (maximum of $105.00 per student). This fee supports student sponsored co-curricular activities and programs.

Matriculation Fee: $15.00 Per Semester, regardless of the number of enrolled credit hours. This fee defrays costs broadly associated with infrastructure, registration application and assessments, career services and graduation.

Please note: Effective starting Fall 2010 Matriculation Fee increased
to $25.00 per semester for  all students

Lab/Course Fee: Varies by course. Courses subject to an additional fee are noted in the class schedule. This fee defrays the cost of providing instructional supplies, materials and/or facilities.

Online Course Fee: Courses subject to an additional fee are noted in the class schedule. This fee defrays the costs associated with online courses whereas all coursework is completed online.

Diplomas and Certificates: No charge for the original. $10.00 each additional copy
Transcripts: No charge

Please note: Effective starting Fall 2010 - Official Transcript requests
fee will be increased to $3-$5

Parking: Parking in designated lots on campus-no charge

Parking Violations: $15.00 for General parking violation. $100.00-$150.00 for Handicap space violations.  Please contact Security for all questions. Payments are made to the Cashier’s office.

Check Reissue Fee: $10.00 per check (Based on current bank rates). This fee defrays the cost to the college for processing a reissue check request on lost or misplaced checks issued to the student. Fee assessed at time of reissuing of replacement refund check to the student

Returned Check Fee: $20.00.   This fee defrays administrative costs of the college to process dishonored checks.  Returned checks are processed by PFC Check Solutions who will assess an additional $20.00 plus all applicable cost of collection pursuant to C.R.S. 13-21-109

*All tuition and fee charges are subject to change by the Aims Junior College District Board of Trustees as circumstances may require, without notice.

*In-District refers to the Aims Community College Tax District.

*In-District classification for tuition purposes is for students who have been Colorado residents for a minimum of one year (according to tuition classification law) and who live in the Aims tax district. The Aims tax district is most of Weld County excluding the Mead, Dacono, Erie, Frederick, and Firestone area.
