Any participant who identifies as an individual with a disability (mobility, visual, hearing, learning, mental, emotional, speech or health) should notify us at least a week before a course begins. Supplemental Services must be involved in the process of arranging for accommodations for any qualified participant with a disability seeking access to educational programs.
For the health and general safety of our students while at Aims Community College, please notify the College for Kids (CFK) office at (970) 339-6320 if a student will be absent. It is the parent’s or guardian's responsibility to pick up students immediately after class session. Students found loitering or unattended will be escorted to the College for Kids office and the parent or guardian will be contacted.
Drop Off and Pick Up Locations
Children will need to be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian each day at the designated location. This location and time will be communicated to all parents once determined in the planning process.
Designated drop off and pick up times will be communicated to parents. Children will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian at these designated times. Parent/Guardian will sign in and sign out all children in their care with designated College for Kids staff.
College for Kids hours and classes will be posted online once the schedule has been determined.
I understand that by attending the College For Kids program, I hereby assign to Aims all rights in and to any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, audio recordings and written depictions created in the production of Aims' promotional materials.
